Built with concrete tilt slabs in the heart of Wellington CBD, this once was a car parking yard. The design consists of two commercial units, four 3-bedroom townhouses and seven 2-bedroom townhouses that face into an internal garden area with their own fenced courtyard and gated entry. The black painted brick was used to complement the older brick ford buildings next door.
